At The Vanity Store UK, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our vanity mirrors. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• A valid proof of purchase is required.

• Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If your return is rejected (due to damage, late return, etc.), the item will be sent back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage

• Packaging images (if possible)

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order mirrors

• Sale or discounted items

Exchanges
